    Hello:

    I’ve been using Enfold for years and really like it and your service. Thank you –

    I’m working on a new client website. Every time I try to add Sub Menu, or a Button, and I click update – much of the other content below disappears. I cleared the cache, performed dynamic cache, have no plugins other than Classic Editor (as normal). I’m constantly having to go back to a previous version, but then the new content is gone. I’ve attempted everything I can think of. I’ve had this happen one other time a couple of years ago.

    Any assistance would be appreciated. Login details below. Try deleting the sub menu on the Home page and adding a button under Tier One and see what happens.

    Hey dlambers,

    Thanks for the login details. You have open html markup in your content, that is the likely reason for disappearing content. For example:

    </strong><br/><strong>Making I.T. Work For Your Business

    Please check your content and close all tags properly.

    Thanks Ricard,
    Unforntunately the theme came with with that html markup in the content. It allowed me to remove it from the other page that the theme had it on – When I try to delete it I lose the content I created. I really don’t want to have to spend the time redoing what I’ve already done as this has already caused me a great deal of time. Anything you can do on your end to assist?

    I’ve activated debug mode on your site, so that you can copy shortcodes between pages. I’ve removed the open markup on the page in private, please use that as your home page, or copy the content to it.
