Hello,
We would like to download enfold version 4.5 for our website as the automatic update does not work. Currently we have the enfold version 3.5. The problem is that we can’t find enfold in the download page of our themeforest account, can you please help out with this matter. We believe that enfold was removed from the account when we bought it a few years ago.The account we believe we used to buy Enfold 3.5 is: (Email address hidden if logged out)

The problem is that the upgrade from the wordpress’ plugin does not work and currently we are at version 3.5. We were not able to find the account where we currently bought Enfold and we didn’t want to pay again for Enfold just to upgrade to 4.5.
Would you be able to provide the download for 4.5 for us please? What do we need to provide you for this to happen, was hoping the API key given in my first comment will be liked to our account.Kind Regards,

We understand that you don’t want to pay for the theme again, but we need to have some sort of verification that you actually own a license. The purchase code you posted doesn’t seem to be valid, you can try that here for instance: https://kriesi.at/support/register/. We’d be happy to help you out with updating once you have proof of a valid purchase. If you don’t have that and you don’t have access to the theme files, then you will have this problem each time you want to update the theme files.

Great news! The only place you can download the theme from is from your Envato/Themeforest account. I can make an exception and link to one of the newer version here though (in private). But like I said; you need access to your Themeforest account in order to access the theme files, please reach out to Envato/Themeforest to get access to your account.
The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
