    Hi
    I recently updated to the new enfold-version After the update on some pages with parallax-effect within colorsections the menu isn’t visible anymore.

    Enfold 3.4.2 is now available on ThemeForest. Can you please update the theme to the latest version – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Also, can you please remove your cache and let us know if that fixes the issue?

    I use the latest version of enfold. I also flushed all caches but the problem persists.

    Hi,

    The menu loads fine at first but is then covered by something else on the first link, have you done any customisations or added CSS which might interfere? Send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Yes I use some customized css in the custom.css-file for my chid theme. You find the credentials in private content.

    Hi,

    That white area which is covering the menu seems to only cover it sometimes, on some loads it looks just fine. Not sure where it’s coming from but please try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.

    The strange loading is caused by more than one plugin.
    It occurs when I activate Events Manager or Mail-Poet.
    Both plugins are important for me. With the enfold-version I used before everything was working fine.

    Ok, a step in the right direction at least. Our support for third party plugin is limited unfortunately and we guarantee that they will work with the theme since there so many of them out there. You might want to look for alternatives which might work better. If you want us dig for a possible solution then you will have to activate the plugins again.

    I went back to Enfold 3.3.2 and all works fine again. I hope that I can upgrade Enfold one time in the future without facing the same problem.

    Glad you found a solution to your problem. Like I wrote earlier, we can’t guarantee compatibility with all third party plugins.
