    Hey Aveen colgan,

    If you have access to WordPress backend please check our documentation to update from the backend.

    Install or update Enfold Theme

    For some reason, if you cannot update from dashboard please contact envato support and see what best they can do for you to get access to your ThemeForest account and download a fresh copy of the theme so you can update via FTP.

    You can always buy a new license, so you can access Enfold Updates and get your site up to date.

    Hi Aveen,

    Sorry for the problems, but you are in contact with Enfold support right here so we can help you out. If you don’t have access to the theme files on Envato/Themeforest then the best way forward might be to buy a license so that you can add your API key to the backend and then update? If you should have any problems in the process then we are here to help.
