Hi, I created two waiting pages for two different websites, using Enfold. One (www.ais-delta.be) doesnt make any problem with string translations, the other (www.apic-tournai.be) let appear some words in english and not in french (and it seems that all files are translated, when i open them in Poedit or un loco translate)… These words, as examples : “you are here” (breadcrumb), “Thank your for your message” (contact form…). I dont understand, these two websites run the same version of WordPress and Enfold. Please help me, it may be a simple issue but i’m not a technician… Thanks a lot !

It would be nice if someone by Kriesi could help me… Or another user who would have encountered the same issues. Please !

    Hi,

Please make sure that both WordPress installations are in French in Settings > General.
If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and FTP logins and post them here privately.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

Hi Yigit, thanks. Forget this issue, the apic-asbl.be was set in “Français de Belgique”. Sorry, I’m Belgian ;-)
I changed it in “Français” and it works fine… Sorry for that.

Whatsoever, I got another issue and spent a day in translations with the enfold widgets, on my ais-delta.be website.
Even with WPML, and WPML widgets plugin, it’s impossible to have the “enfold latest news” displayed in dutch (with a dutch title and choice of categories) and in the french (with a french title and choice of categories). It appears in french but the space stay empty in dutch. The only “solution” (because it’s not a kind of) I found, temporarily, is to display a “recent items” widget, in this aera of the dutch version.

Could you help me ? Thanks !

    Hey!

Have you referred to this post – https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/?
If that too does not help, please contact WPML support team :)

    Regards,
    Yigit
