Enfold Theme update – Menu disappears under logo, absent on all Mobile

Hi.
My name is Edward Louderback and I’m doing web work on your Enfold Theme updates for frenchbulldogsla.com for Dr. Marika Zoll.

I’m doing update work on my friends WP site that uses your Enfold theme that she purchased from Theme Forrest/ Envanto (buying info below), this is the first time we’ve ever contacted your company directly.

*After updating to your newest Enfold theme yesterday, one big issue occurred, if you look at the homepage/ site full-frame on a computer and slowly reduce the size of the browser, the menu bar (Home to the red Contact image) just disappears, it seems to go under the logo and is gone completely.

*Also, if you look at the site on any mobile device, the menu bar is not there at all, this is a problem since most people use mobile devices. With the contact being gone (plus menu), this is something we need to fix ASAP.

The site is below in private content, I’ll add my personal email & Marika’s. If you need direct access into the theme via WP dashboard, I can send that information.
