Hi I couldn’t find anywhere on your website or on Themeforest website I can ask a question except here:
I purchased the Enfold theme through themeforest, and when I tried updating the old Enfold theme in our WordPress website, I got messages (pasted in Private Content). I tried both using the Themeforest API key, and uploading directly through FTP.Please help.

Once you are a registered user you should be able to view the entire ticket.
Follow the instruction in the links Yigit mentioned and update the theme using the zip file.
Or you can also try updating the theme via FTP
If you have any issues please open a new ticket for technical support.

Please open a new thread and include admin login details in private so that we can help you to update your site. Also please include FTP login details and verify that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong.
