    hi there,

    I’ve updated the enfold and enfold child theme and i’ve learned that the theme is sorta broken. When i tried switching to a different theme, my website appears completely fine and works normally. But what’s weird is the wp-admin login url works normally, but typing in the domain itself does not and shows ‘currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500’
    How should i go about fixing this issue?

    Thanks for giving us temporary admin access, can you also give us ftp access? so we can check it further and try to debug.

    Hi,

    I have tried to check on the cpanel url you gave however it only shows this error on my end:

    This site can’t be reached

    Hi,

    No worries, I have made changes on header.php, your site is up again, I noticed that you are still using php version 5.4.45, to prevent this issue in the future, I would advise updating it to atleast 5.6.3, though we recommend using 7+ :)
