GuestTo whom it may concern,
We currently use Enfold on a site which was built a couple of years ago. We have the latest version of enfold, but are struggling to change header images on two of the pages. Could this be to do with enfold or is this an external issue?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for contacting us!
Could you please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it? :)
Regards,

Guesthttps://www.blueskycleaningsolutions.com/ – This is the website I cannot change the header images for About or Service page. I’ve managed to do this for the homepage, but it isn’t carrying through.
March 24, 2020 at 1:16 pm #1196362Hey,
I believe you are not able to change them because edit page is not loading, am I correct? You are currently using an older version of Enfold which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Updating Enfold to the latest version 4.7.3 would solve the issue – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp :)
Cheers!

GuestYes I think this is correct!
Within WordPress, it’s stating that we have the most up to date enfold theme? Are you able to help with this please? I don’t have an option to update.
March 25, 2020 at 12:34 pm #1197650Hey,
Envato updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5. Since you are using Enfold 4.4, you would need to manually update the theme to the latest version – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and then you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive future updates.
To access updated theme files, you would need access to ThemeForest account that was used to purchase the theme. If someone else bought the license for you, please contact them and request the latest version of the theme, your purchase and ask them to generate a Personal Token for you. If you are unable to contact the person who purchased the license for you, unfortunately you might need to purchase a new license.
Best regards,
