    Hi, our web designer installed enfold and a child theme to build our website, however, when I go to theme options > theme update, the Your Themeforest API Key and username are empty. And it says:

    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.0.4)

    Could you please advise what we need to do in order to update the theme to the most recent version?

    I can do it via ftp if necessary.

    Hey Simona Rusnakova,

    Do you have the Themeforest API Key?

    You might want to update the theme via FTP. Here is how to update it at this point

    problem update 4.5 failed

    Hi,

    Do you still have access to the account which you bought the theme with? If so you don’t have to purchase it again, you just need to download it from your Themeforest account. If you don’t have access then I think your only option would be to purchase it again unfortunately.
