When in the theme settings area the theme options are not not he sidebar, just whitespace.
When clicking theme options on the top drop down bar, any selection takes you to the theme setting page, with no theme options, and white space.
As a result, google maps API cannot be set.August 21, 2020 at 8:51 pm #1239840The same thing happened to me when updating WordPress. On the theme options page the left menu is blank white space, so can’t edit any theme options. I’m running Enfold 4.5.7, which I believe is the latest version.
August 23, 2020 at 5:19 pm #1240148Hi A1MHIGH,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 23, 2020 at 5:20 pm #1240149Hi mdog4242,
Please start a separate thread, describe your issue there and give us a link to your website. The latest version of Enfold is 4.7.6.3.

VictoriaAugust 25, 2020 at 8:12 am #1240598Hi Victoria,
I already rolled back the update so I was able to make updates. I’ll update to 4.7.6.3 and see how it goes.
August 26, 2020 at 5:24 am #1240831Hi mdog4242,
Let us know how it goes. :)
If the problem still persists, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 3, 2020 at 9:45 pm #1243164Hi Victoria, Nikko
I created new user and added the info on the private contact field, I’m having the same issue here, when trying to access any option on the “theme options” menu, none of them would work, I have disabled all plugins, still no access to theme options and when trying to modify a page the avia layout builder wont show on the page, just a regular visual editor,
Sincerely,
OsejoSeptember 4, 2020 at 1:29 pm #1243314Hi Osejo,
Thanks for the credentials, can you also set the role to Administrator?
We could not check the Theme Options with the current permission set to the account.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 4, 2020 at 2:13 pm #1243354Hi Nikko,

September 4, 2020 at 3:33 pm #1243403Hi Osejo,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have installed and activated Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin which fixes the issue caused by WordPress 5.5 (which removed jQuery migrate file)
Please update to the latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) then you can remove the plugin I have installed.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 4, 2020 at 3:59 pm #1243415Hi Nikko,
I’m trying to update to version 4.7.6.3 but there is no option to do that, the system keeps telling me I have the latest version (4.4) even when I click on update manually, there is no option to look for version 4.7.6.3 as it says all themes are up to date, is this something I should take to my hosting company?
Thank you!
OsejoSeptember 6, 2020 at 4:42 am #1243677Hi Osejo,
Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardDecember 9, 2020 at 11:53 pm #1266159Hi, I am having the same problem. I deleted the theme in Appearance > Themes then installed it again the same way with Add New and activated it. So I have the latest version 4.7.6.4, but still, the Theme Options are not working. I have created an admin user for you in WordPress.
I don’t know how to use FTP.
December 10, 2020 at 7:24 am #1266200Hi mycubaguide,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
Please try to clear your browser cache.
The Theme Options show properly on my end (screenshot in private content), I think the old js files are fetched on your end that’s causing the issue.Best regards,
NikkoDecember 11, 2020 at 5:24 am #1266466Yes, I flushed cache and it’s working now, thanks for that.
December 12, 2020 at 2:03 am #1266713Hey mycubaguide,
Perfect! I’m glad it’s working for you now!
Best regards,

~AmandaDecember 17, 2020 at 4:13 am #1267993Hi Amanda,
You are still running old versions of the theme on your site, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 17, 2020 at 5:11 pm #1268158Good Morning!
I went and logged in to those websites and the styling rail was there. Very odd. It’s like it was caching on the theme side. I went ahead and uploaded the themes as well and all seems to be working.
Thanks!
~AmandaDecember 19, 2020 at 4:42 pm #1268629Hi Amanda,
