    Hallo,

    beim Versuch die PHP-Version beim Provider auf eine aktuelle 7.2 bzw. 7.4 umzustellen, funktioniert unsere Startseite nicht mehr richtig, es erscheinen oben die folgenden Fehlermeldungen.
    Es wurde alles aktualisiert, alle Plugins und WordPress auf 5.4.2.
    Ein Scann mit einem PHP Checker bringt hier auch keine Hilfe.
    Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee?

    Hallo Jürgen,

    Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.5) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    Hallo Rikard,

    vielen Dank für deinen Tipp. Ich habe die aktuelle Version gekauft, registriert und vom Envato-Themeforest heruntergeladen. Danach den alten enfold-Ordner umbenannt und aus der neuen Version den enfold-Ordner übertragen. Vorher habe ich noch die Theme-Einstellungen exportiert und in der neuen Version importiert um unser altes Design wieder herzustellen. Dann noch die Registrierung bei Envato erstellt um den Personal Token für neuere Updates zu erhalten. Hat alle perfekt geklappt, auch die Umstellung beim Provider auf PHP 7.4 lief danach problemlos, es kamen keine Fehlermeldungen mehr.
    In der neuen Version 4.7.5 des Enfold-Themes, waren erfreulicherweise auch neue Funktionen z.B. diese Datenschutz Cookie-Abfrage, die sehr gelegen kam, da wir genau jetzt diese Funktion für unsere Webseite benötigt haben um den neuen Vorgaben des DSGVO gerecht zu werden.
    Vielen Dank nochmals für die Unterstützung.
    Ich hoffe diese Beitrag kann auch anderen helfen, die ähnliche Probleme mit der PHP-Version 7.x haben.
