Enfold Theme is Slowing my website significantly

Dear Kriesi.at,

I purchased your theme few months ago and I have not bothered your team for anything since then. However, I have noticed for a while now that my site is very slow as a result of the enfold theme. Initially, I thought that perhaps it might be because I was still working on the website and things will get better as I progress. Upon finishing my website, the problem still remains the same despite all the plugins and effort made to increase the speed, loading and performance of the site.

I have tried the same contents on various themes and they perform very well.

I have tried getting help but you do not have any direct help for post sales only pre-sales which is quite unfair because I was promised six months support.

I am quite unhappy with the performance of the theme which is why I have resulted to asking you for help.

Please could you help me sold this problem before my “six months” support ends in couple of days?
