ENFOLD THEME IS NOT RESPONDING..urgent help required - Support

Hi. Please the enfold theme doesn’t seem to respond since the last update. For instance, if I try to change my logo, it doesn’t allow me once I click the button for uploading the logo. The same applies to many other elements. I’m handicapped here and I need urgent assistance. Thank you for your help.

Please the theme is still not responding. You have the login details. Get in and look at it.

I changed the heading font to helvetica but it is still raleway.

I changed the logo area background color to #0e1235 but it is still #152983.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. You are still running an old version of the theme, please update to the latest version. Also make sure that you clear the cache from your caching plugin, and activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance before checking the results.

Hello Rikard. I am using the updated theme.

Here is a message from my hosting provider confirming that something is wrong with the theme.

Upon checking, we could not find any errors on the server logs. We have enabled display_error on the site and could see that the issue caused by theme enfold .

Please check this issue with the theme developer or disabled theme and use another theme.

Hi,

You are still running 4.5.7, the latest version of the theme is 4.7.6.4. If you should have to update via FTP then please follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install, or use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. If your problems should continue after that then please try to disable all plugins in order to check for a conflict coming from any of them.
