    wir haben eine Enfold-Lizenz bei Envato Pty erworben. Leider lässt sie sich bei IONOS WorldPress-Version 5.3-managed nicht aktivieren. Was müssen wir ändern. Wir können Ihnen gern einige screenshots zusenden.

    Hey,
    If we upload the zip file in WordPress, “If you have a theme in zip format, you can upload and install it here”. then the message is displayed: “The link you followed has expired”. We work with “IONOS WordPress – Version 5.3 – Managed”.

    Wenn wir die zip-Datei in WordPress hochladen, “Wenn du ein Theme im zip-Format hast, kannst du es hier hochladen und somit installieren“. erfolgt dann die Meldung: „Der Link, dem du gefolgt bist, ist abgelaufen“. Wir arbeiten mit „IONOS WordPress – Version 5.3 – Managed“.

    Hi Christian,

    Thanks for the update, it’s likely that the max execution time setting on the server is exceeded when you upload the theme. That is probably why you are getting that error message. Could you try to upload it manually using FTP instead maybe? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you need help with installation then please include FTP login details in private as well.

    besten Dank für die Rückmeldung. Ihre Auskunft gibt uns aber keine Antwort auf die gestellte grundsätzliche Frage. Von JONOS 1+1 erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass die von uns bei Envato erworbene Enfold-Lizenz bei „WorldPress-Version 5.3 managed von IONOS (Vertrag Managed WP Business)“ nicht installiert werden kann. Ehe wir mit FTP Übertragungen experimentieren, wären wir für eine klare Auskunft dankbar.

    Thank you for the feedback. Your information gives us no answer to the basic question asked.
    From JONOS 1 + 1 we received the information that the enfold license we acquired from Envato can not be installed in “WorldPress version 5.3 managed by IONOS (Contract Managed WP Business)”.
    Before we experiment with FTP transmissions, we would be grateful for a clear message.

    Hi Christian,

    The issue happens with some hosting providers, you can try uploading the theme via FTP. We do not know the details of your server env and so it is hard to tell why it is not working. The license is the key that you use to generate the token and add it to the Theme Options.

    The theme should install fine via FTP. Do you need help with that?

    offensichtlich war die Frage nicht klar genug gestellt:
    Kann Enfold Theme im “Managed WordPress” oder nur in der “Standard WordPress” Version verwendet werden. Beides wird zum Beispiel von “IONOS 1+1” angeboten.

    the question was obviously not clear enough:
    Can Enfold Theme be used in “Managed WordPress” or only in the “Standard WordPress” version. Both are offered by “IONOS 1 + 1”, for example.
