I want to speak to someone in regards to getting a refund. I simply just cannot use your theme for whatever reason if I move my PHP above 7.0 or update my WordPress to 5.6 I Cano longer edit pages due to the spinning circle of death that I have read over and over and over again on the Internet of people having this issue over and over and over again and they’re still not a fix for this

It seems you are still using Enfold 3.4.7 and have WordPress to 5.4.1 which is incompatible.
Please update it to the latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.4) but first, backup your site:
– Site Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-wordpress-site/
– Theme Settings Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-theme-settings/Then do the following steps:
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.Register the theme by following the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Once this is done, the next time you update, you’ll only need to go to Enfold > Theme Updates and click on the Update button.Best regards,
NikkoThank you for the update however I tried 3 times yesterday to install a new enfold there. For whatever reason it would time out during the install. I changed the php to 300 time out however that still didn’t work.

I noticed that you have inserted your purchase code into theme update field which would explain why you missed the updates. Please use your purchase code to register to our support forum here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ so you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have a question or an issue :)
That being said, could you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can update the theme for you? After that, you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert your Personal Token in Enfold theme options so you would receive auto updates :)

I have updated to PHP 7.4 and WordPress 5.6 and everything is functioning.
