    Hey guys, what’s the point to the forum if I am not able to open a support ticket on it?

    This was already done. Meaning I made a payment and extended my support for 6 months. This isn’t the 1st time I have had to deal with this.



    Thanks for that. I checked your forum account, but it’s still not updated for some reason. Is the Themeforest account which you used to purchase the extended support registered with the email in private? Also, could you share the receipt for your purchase with us in private?
