    Hey Justin,

    Do you have an active support period? If not, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support. We recently implemented a check for this on the forum, since it’s a requirement from Envato.

    This was already done. Meaning I made a payment and extended my support for 6 months. This isn’t the 1st time I have had to deal with this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I checked your forum account, but it’s still not updated for some reason. Is the Themeforest account which you used to purchase the extended support registered with the email in private? Also, could you share the receipt for your purchase with us in private?
