    Hi guys,

    by scrolling down on my website at the end the socket is hidden by a black bar so you cant see the whole socket.
    How can i get away this black bar? thx in advance

    by the way the Facebook like widget in the footer isn’t working too :-)

    Hi,

    – You seem to be using a cookie notice plugin. Please deactivate it or adjust its settings.
    – Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.5.7 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps :)

    Hi thank you the cookie plugin was the problem.

    You think the enfold update will solve the problem with the facebook widget?

    i wanted to update but where can i find the personal token? In the dashboard enfold is not showing an update.

    Thx i will do the update hopefully it works.

    Yes now i have deactivated every plugin but facebook widget isn’t running

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, are you sure that the content you are linking to on Facebook is published? You can find out if it’s published or not if you post the link into a browser where you are not logged in to Facebook. If you can’t view the content then it’s not published.

    Thanks a lot. You were right – we had a age limit at the facebook settings, this stops showing it in public.
