Hi i purchased 2-2.5 years ago enfold photography theme for my photography web site which is http://www.letlove.eu and now i want to open one more web site with another my project o purchased the same hosting where is my http://www.letlove.eu the same plan but this theme a cant install . I can:t undestand what the problem? can you help me?

I loose time and my clients i don;t know what to do because all my content is ready for this theme and i can’t install it (((( please help me to install my theme on my hosting i have 3 days to show my web site to m y customers. You can login on ThemeForest with the account you purchased Enfold and you can still download it from Downloads page of your account on ThemeForest.
You are using Enfold 3.1.5 which is a very old version. You are probably having compatibility issues which would be fixed once you update the theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
But again, to update the theme and to receive full support, you would need an access to ThemeForest account that you used to purchase the theme.Cheers!
