    Hello Kriesi,

Thank you again for all the great work.

I’ve got some problems with my Enfold installation on a QNAP. Everything is set-up properly and works if we talk about the website itself. But with the Enfold theme some things are not working unfortunately.

    1. Shrinking header does totaly nothing!
    2. If I set a height of 75% or 50% to a content section (for example on the homepage), nothing happens. And the content in the content section is gone. It seems like it is beneath the other content section, because when I set the height to “minimal height, depends on content” I can see it again.

I don’t know what direction I have to go with this problem, do you know? Has it something to do with JS? Is JS not working properly?

I already disabled all the plug-ins, nothing. Also changed my child theme to normal enfold theme, nothing. It is a WordPress Multisite installation.

See extra info in private content. Thank you very much for your support.

    Kind regards,
    Lambert

    Hey infoNewMultimedia,

Well, there are errors in JavaScript and when I disable the lightbox in the theme options the header starts to work, if lightbox is enabled it does not work.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hey Victoria,

Thank you for you clarification. But this doesn’t solve the problem. My client wants to use Lightbox.

What is the problem the lightbox breaks everything? And how can I solve this? Can you please give more specific information?

    Kind regards,

    Hey Kriesi team,

Today I also tested it on a totally different server. The same lightbox issue here with the enfold theme unfortunately.

I’m curious what it could be.

    Kind regards,
    Lambert
