Hi, My Enfold Installation is showing 4.1.2 with no Updates required whereas I have other sites running Enfold that are on 4.4.1
Why is this not auto-updating?
Best Regards
Ben
Sadly this still has not worked :-( Still reporting the old version
Hi,
It must be a server related issue. You can update the theme manually via FTP.

I have implemented the update manually, replacing the Enfold folder in the wp-content/themes directory but now have a 500ERROR and the site is unreachable. I cannot even log into wp admin.
I will include my FTP details but my server hosts are reporting that the file that is causing the trouble is: /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php
Please Help!!!!! I am completely lost now!
Hey,
Folders were merged during update instead of being overwritten. That left duplicated files which caused the issue. I deleted those duplicate files via FTP. Please review your website
