    I have a client whose mobile menu appears when clicked but there is no text, no menu present. The website is shatteredsilicon.net. He deactivated all plugins but that did not resolve the problem. I looked at the custom css and that didn’t have any related to the mobile menu. I’m pasting the custom css below so you can see.

    nav.main_menu {
    left: 30%;
    }
    .phone-info { font-size: 18px; }

    .slideshow_caption { width: 56%; }

    .logo img {
    padding-top: 22px;
    }

    }
    .main_color .pricing-table li.avia-heading-row {background-color: teal; }

    #top .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-testimonial-content {
    min-height: 136px!important;
    }

    .slide-image {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) !important;
    }

    Hey jolynndeal,

    Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    The plugin seemed to work, per feedback from my client. Will there be a permanent fix for this soon with the Enfold Theme so we don’t have to use a plugin?

    Thanks,
    Jo Lynn

    Hi Jo Lynn,

    Yes, there will be a permanent fix in the next update of the theme, we expect it to be available before the end of this month. After you have installed that update, then you can remove the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

    I seem to have the same problem on the website
    Could you help me there. I installed the plugin and followed the advice and it is still not working.

    Hi bjoern_pfoster,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. After that, then you can set the jQuery version to the default WordPress version in the jQuery migrate plugin.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
