I’m an ENFOLD user from a long time (tenstepit).
I knew that my license was unlimited,so I received your assistance in 2020 also.
But now I receive that my license is EXPIRED in 2017. I think this is an error.
Please, may I know if this is an error or I need a new theme license?
If I need a new license, please, may I know the fee and for how long?

Your theme license is valid for life, but your support period might have expired? If you need to renew your support period, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain it a bit further please?

I get a message from Firefox: “Block “porfoliobox includes some errors, so it cannon work. ….”
The only change, I did before, was the elimination of a menu that was operational in some pages as widgest.
Redefining the menu as before, the problem is still there: aspect – widgest .
I’ll look for renewing the support for Enfold and then update my theme at the last version.

Thanks for the update. If you update the theme to the latest version (4.9), then your problem should hopefully go away: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know where and when you are seeing this problem.
