    Hello I am having the same issue. Can you please fix it on my site as well?

    #933862

    Hi!

    @planetxeo
    Login credentials are not working for me. Please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach WP admin logins in private content field so we can look into it.

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Could you paste the snippet or section of code rather than the whole file? We have a custom site off enfold where this file has been modified, but we’re running into this issue. Not sure what parts to replace.

    Hi, it is not working for us since uploading the latest theme file available on ThemeForest. We still need to upload the class-framework-widgets.php file to make Instagram work.

    Hi xansdesign,

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi,

    @Japracool
    Could you please try deleting the file and then re-uploading it via FTP? One other user had the same issue and overwriting the file helped her.
    If you would like us to look into it, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well :)

    Best regards,

    Hello,
    I’m having the same problem with the Instagram widget. I’m pretty sure I can fix it myself but have a question. I go to wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php file then I’m not sure what to do from there to replace it with the one suggested?? – https://www.dropbox.com/s/k0te522ilwdcpik/class-framework-widgets.php?dl=0
    Can you let me know the next steps and I can get this fixed.
    Thanks!

    Hello Team Kriesi, I have the same widget problem with Instagram and I tried to follow your instructions but in my “Appearance”, I don’t have the option “editor” and as I am not a web developper, I would be afraid to change something that would crash my website. The adress is http://www.dimitrilegasse.be
    Could you help me with solving this problem ? Many thanks in advance

    #937117

    Hi Spacecowboystudio,

    You need to go to your wp-cofing.php via cpanel or FTP and look for this code:

    define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true );

    Set it to false and then you will be able to see the editor under Appearance and will be able to change the file. Or you can change the file while you’re in cpanel.

    If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

    @tonyaleigh
    the problem is, Instagram made changes on their API so we needed to update our Instagram widget. But since this happened after we released the theme, it will be included in upcoming update :)

    The Widget seems to have broken again… it’s appearing, but showing older posts from last week and stopped updating.

    You can see it here:
