Hello,

My WP Instagram Widget isn’t working since a few weeks. I used different users, but still no connection to instagram.
“Errors found: Instagram hat ungültige Daten zurückgegeben.”

PHP Version 7.3, latest Enfold Version

Please help me :)

Sorry for the problem. We are having problems with Instagram unfortunately, could you use a plugin for now until the problems are fixed please?

Please open a new ticket for your problem. Provide us admin access to have a deeper look into the issue, as well as precise links where we can see the issue. Screenshots highlighting what’s going on would help a lot (imgur.com, dropbox).

i dont have a problem. i wrote with smash ballon, they workin on the problem. i just wanna be helpfull.

Its almost 1,5 years old, the issue is still not solved but the widget is still included.
To me that seems very unprofessional.

@tyger-tyger: What do you mean? The Instagram widget should work fine as long as Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed plugin is enabled.
