Hello,
The menu bar at the footer of my site shows two menu items as ‘#46 no title’ and ‘#47 no title’, both of which are meant to say ‘Spiral Staircases’ and ‘Modern Staircases’ respectively.
It is our main menu with the Enfold Footer Menu option ticked and the ‘Spiral Staircases’ and ‘Modern Staircases’ options are named as such, so I don’t understand why they’re not showing up correctly.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

December 15, 2018 at 8:37 am #1045591Hi,
Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
Also please read this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/

RikardJanuary 11, 2019 at 5:53 pm #1052815Hello,
I did try doing this via FTP after reading the ‘FTP Install’ section and it didn’t work. The ‘re-install or update via FTP’ section says not to worry as pages and work is stored via WordPress, but my website is now not responsive at all and I can’t even log in to it.
I can’t update via Enfold in WordPress, or via a Plugin. The FTP method is the only possible way and I can’t get it to work. Please advise?
I’m currently waiting for a backup to be restored.
January 12, 2019 at 7:57 am #1053010Hi,
We can update for if you are unable to do it yourself, we need FTP login details then as well and a verification that you have proper backups of the site?
Best regards,

Thanks for the screenshots, though I’m getting different results on my end. Please see private. Please try to clear your local cache and the cache from your plugin as well. When to not use a caching plugin.
Best regards,
