    Hello
    I have a problem. I bought the theme enfold: Unfortunately I can not install zip_folder. In contrast, when it is unzipped it seems to be empty.
    Can you check?

    Hey damian2013!

    We have a video walkthrough on installing the theme over FTP which shows what should be happening with unzipping: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    If the zip is empty on your end the only resource we really have to direct you to unfortunately is ThemeForest support. We don’t have any ability to check/verify purchasers or to edit things on ThemeForest.

    We really have no way of confirming purchases here on the forums unfortunately. With how popular the theme is and how many times it is downloaded and installed every day I can assure you that the zip from ThemeForest is correct.

    There must be something else happening for you to be getting an empty folder. In that case the best, and I think only, option would be to contact ThemeForest directly.

    Hey!

    Please download the theme again. Maybe the file is corrupted. Make sure that you extracted the actual enfold zip file. If it doesn’t work, try uploading the theme files via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Hi Damian,

    You mentioned that you have bought Enfold many times, please install one of them. That should be ok for this time since you have a new license for the new project
