    Hi Kriesi,

    On home page editor is not working. I just see moving ajax icon only. I have tried all possible methods provided by your team.

    Please fix this. If you need my site login details i can send you admin login details as well. Its frustrating. As said i have tried all possible solutions shared on kriesi support platform.

    Please find website URL in private content area. If need login details i can provide that as i am no longer able to try any other method.

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi i updated enfold to latest version. It did not work. Please fix this issue for me. I want to make changes on home page but i can’t.

    I have attached WP LOGIN details in private content area.

    Above login details were correct. Although i changed login details and it works now.

    Please find login details in private content area. Please let me know if still not work for you. I can login using these login details.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, I can log in now. I see an error message on the page related to your Call Now button plugin, could you try to deactivate that to see if it’s causing a conflict? If not then please try to deactivate all other plugins as well to see if that helps.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, I get the same result on my end when trying to deactivate that plugin. Could you try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps please?

    I have even enabled debug mode.Some parts of code are working and some don’t. At least you guys should have idea what is wrong with this. I am losing sales every day.
