    Hello Kriesi Support,

    I have recently went live is a website using enfold, however the editor is not working any longer. It just keeps loading forever without pulling up the editing tool.

    I’ve included a gif of the error in the private content.

    Please assist.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The builder is working fine on my end on the page in private, does this only happen on one or more pages? If so then please link to them directly.

    Some work some don’t, the Homepage is not working and now the homepage has disappeared ??

    Hi,

    The home page is loading fine on the front end, not on the back end though. Could you try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes, then copy all the shortcodes to a new page to see if that makes any difference please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
