    I tried many times to import several enfold demos (f.e. restaurant, construction etc) – but all didn´t work. I got error messages and websites, wich look different to the websites on https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/.

    What is wrong?

    Hey RonnyE2019,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I tried to import the demo however it returns an error 500 response in admin-ajax.
    I checked the other method which is Manual Demo Import however installation of WordPress Importer fails. You can check this by going to Tools > Import Data > (WordPress) Install Now, you’ll see plugin fails to install, also trying to install other plugins doesn’t work (some works) even when the theme used is a default WordPress theme, maybe there are some restrictions on your site that causes these things to fail.

    Hi,
    I tried to install “WordPress Importer” and it worked. Just take a look (no error appeared).
    But still the import of the enfold demo themes doesn´t work!
    What is wrong???

    We don’t offer support via phone only the forum.
