    I have two websites that I have and use Enfold on.

    This one: http://www.usasoftballaz.com is not receiving any emails from the form after 8/30 it stopped, but my other site: http://www.43sixtyaz.com has the same set up and works fine.

    Can you please help we aren’t able to see the registrations

    Can I please have someone from support look into this, I’ve tried everything before renewing and paying for support, I’ve provided my login credentials and appreciate if someone can assist me.

    I tried to log in with the credentials you gave, however, the password is incorrect, please check.

    It’s a site to register for club softball tournaments go to the events page and try to register and it don’t work

    Hi azsocialwiz,

    We apologize for the delayed response.
    I have checked the form on your site and it is indeed not working, I have installed WP Mail SMTP plugin on your site to check if it is a theme issue however it does not work as well.
    Can you backup the whole site first and then please update WordPress, plugins, and Enfold? since the outdated versions may contribute to the issue.
