Specifically, I’ve tried increasing the PHP memory to 256mb, adding the code they mentioned to the function.php, etc and nothing will work. I do not receive emails from this form regardless of what I try. I have the emails set for going to a gmail address.
I’ve spoken with my hosting provider several times and they told me this is 100% an issue that I need to address with the developer.
I’ve also tried the the test-email.php script and the email was sent perfectly.
I really need help with this since the contact form is central to our business.

This is a really urgent matter since out business is dependent on this function. I would really appreciate it if someone could address this issue it has been several days without a response.

And since you mentioned that you’re using a gmail account, please configure the smtp settings with this plugin:

It has not solved the problem.
I am having the contact form replies sent to my gmail account. Why would I need to setup the SMTP setting? I’m not using gmail to send emails from my domain.
I just tried it and now it is suddenly working and I did not make any changes. I assume someone from enfold made a change to my website? Regardless, it is still not working properly. Now the contact form hangs and says “sending” and does not seem to send the email message. I am finally receiving the contact form messages which is great. I just don’t understand why the form button says “sending” and will not stop doing so.
This is becoming extremely frustrating. The form was working all day yesterday but was having a delay. Now it does not work at all. I do not understand what is happening. I am not receiving any completed forms. We are a large business and our operating are being impacted.

we recommend to work with Contact Form 7 plugin, because it sounds to me as if your server has troubles with the default settings.

AndyJust bumping this as this is the same issue we keep seeing with Enfold. You can click the button, and no messages. othertimes you get the message. Contact-7 is fine. Sometimes enfold does send. It’s very random
