Enfold Contact Form is not sending data to E-Mail

Hello,

I have the problem, that I´m using the same E-Mail for receiving entries from contact form and sending text with autoresponder for the person who filled out the contact form.
But…
The user is getting the autoresponder message, but I´m not receiving the data from contact form to my e-mail.

If I put for testing my e-mail to contact form then I´m receiving the data from contact form and from autoresponder to same e-mail too.

My hoster told me, that the contact form is trying to send the e-mail from users e-mail and that´s not accepted from server. Cause of that´s it´s not working.

How can we solve this?
