Is Enfold compatible with WordPress 5.0.2?

One of our clients is currently running Enfold 4.0.5 and they are looking to update their WordPress from 4.8 to 5.0.2.
Nothing online indicates that Enfold is compatible with 5.0.2 WordPress that I can find.

Is it? Does it require an updated version of Enfold?

Have seen many incompatibilities with the update to WP 5.0.2, hence questioning before we end up with an outage for the client.

Hey Rod Strumbel,

Enfold is compatible with the latest version of WordPress yes. Though I would recommend that you update the theme to latest version as well.

The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

Hi,

Yes, you have to be a registered user to view the links on the forum. If possible please get the credentials from your client so you can take full advantage of the support forum.
