In Enfold color sections there is no option for a fixed video backgrounds. So far fixed and parallax options are only possible for photo background, but not for video background. We have found such requests in the Enfold support forum from other Enfold useres since 2015.
Could you help us out with some coding? We would be even willing to pay for this help, if it would not be covered within the support agreement.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
