    Dear Sir or Madam,

    We have a website using the enfold child theme on it and we currently have a problem with our theme. It happens that I CAN’T edit any page, because the edit box won’t load and there is just a wheel spinning and thats it.
    I presume, based on some posts I saw on the forum, that the problem is due to our theme not being up-to-date (current version 3.6.1) or a plugin conflict.
    Our website was created by an extern company and they were the ones acquiring and activating the theme license, that’s why I can only write through here.
    Said that, I have two questions:

    1. How much does Enfold (child) theme costs? Please send us a pricing quotation so that we can acquire ourselves a license and replace the current one.

    2. Unfortunately I don’t have much expertise in web development – so Im hoping that, if possible, we could also receive some support from you after acquiring the theme, as said above, in order to fix this problem that we are having.
    Would the support eventually also be able to login on my webpage to see the problem in a deeper level, in case just instructions doesn’t solve the issue?

    Hey Diego,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    1. A theme license costs $59 and you can purchase it here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

    2. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    If you need help with installing the new version of the theme then please share WordPress admin login details and FTP details in private so that we can do it for you. Also please share your purchase code so that we know that you own a license.
