    The chart button on the mobile version of the website is not working.

    Hey Michael,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly, or use a plugin like this in order to upload the new zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. Also please make sure that WooCommerce is updated to the latest version.

    Hey Rikard.
    Thanks for that.
    The problem is I cannot make the download and every time I try to update a message comes up saying:
    “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”
    Either through dashboard or enfold update.

    Can I have the .zip file from you guys?

    I sorted the update, so the last message is not valid on this matter.
    Although the woocommerce and Enfold are updated the problems with the mobile cart button still exist so it does not work.
    Also the woocommerce product display in both the website and mobile is not working. Meaning that product order by name, price, popularity etc does not work.

    Thank you for getting back to us and sorry for the delay. I checked your site and noticed you have several plugins installed.

    To find out if any plugin is causing a conflit please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Hi Vinay
    I did as recommended. Deactivated all the plugins and I started by activating first woocommerce plugin, so I could see the cart.
    Immediately the cart button through mobile is not accessible. I assume it can’t be the plugins.

    I added a new temporary access.

    It shows up but it is not working. I cannot click it! I cannot buy through mobile!
    It has passed a month since I referred this problem.
    This prevents people to use the shop online!
    We are a shop online only and this problem is huge for us.
    We have to sort this out or we have to change theme…

    I am using an iPhone 6s.
    I can see it but did you try to click it? Can you open the cart page?
    Because when I do it does not work, and it’s the same to all people here. We are all using iPhones of different sizes and numbers but it is the same all around.

    I’m using huawei p10 mate pro …..!
    Fortunately I solved the problem thanks to a friend … I enabled the pop up in the phone. and everything works perfectly.
