    If I “enable” Enfold my media will not load and I cannot update the theme from the dashboard. When I try to change things in my theme I get a message asking me to reload, when I do it does not work. The files are uploading to my server, I have checked in my File manager.. they just never show in my “media” page.

    btw. If I remove enfold everything works fine on any of the standard year based themes.. 2017 or 2019

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem. I get a 500 internal server error when trying to login, is that part of the problem you are having? Which version of PHP are you running on the server?

    Thank you for sharing the details.

    I checked your site and found some ajax errors in the console.

    Go ahead and register your theme to receive version 4.6.1 updated. If you still do not see the update notification please perform the below steps.

    Please try a WordPress transients cleaner plugin if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key in the theme settings is correct under Enfold > Theme Update.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually via FTP.

    Unfortunately, not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto-update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Okay… Still an issue

    I am using PHP 7.3.9
    Your current Enfold Theme Version Number is 4.6.1

    I had to install the “transient cleaner” plug-in manually, which I did and I ran it.

    I tried entering the private token in the Enfold Theme Options and it tells me that it – “Could not connect to the internet. Please reload the page and try again” (internet connection not an issue)

    I still cannot get Enfold to work properly –

    • Advanced Avia Layout Builder Shows Spinning Icon
    • Cannot choose Logo in Enfold Theme Options
    • Cannot see media when it is in Grid view instead of List view
    • Cannot search plugins to install

    If I do not get this resolved quickly I will need to use another theme. This is frustrating as I have bought your theme 16 times this year. I love the theme but this client is getting upset because I can show no progress on their site.

    Thank you so much. It ended up being a setting for memory limit. Have never had to change that before but it is now working. You can mark this as resolved. I appreciate your help and patience.
