After updating to WordPress 5.6 and updating all plugins / themes the menu for smaller devices (tablets/smartphones) open but it is empty.
If i look into source code it is really empty:
<div class="av-burger-overlay" style="display: none; opacity: 0;"><div class="av-burger-overlay-scroll"><div class="av-burger-overlay-inner"><ul id="av-burger-menu-ul" class="" style="padding: 122px 0px;"></ul></div></div><div class="av-burger-overlay-bg"></div></div>
I read several entries in support forum but no measurement helps.
What i did:-
Clearing cache
Turn on/off compromizing tools
deactivate/activate each plugin (one by one)These are my Quick CSS entries:
.product p.wc-gzd-additional-info { margin-left: 1rem; } .product p.wc-gzd-additional-info a{ margin-left: 1rem; } #woo_pp_ec_button_cart { margin: 1rem; }
January 5, 2021 at 5:58 am #1270323Hey jpassmann,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that helps. This is a temporary solution, there will be a permanent fix included in the next release of the theme.

RikardApril 7, 2021 at 11:30 pm #1293142I’ve been waiting for the latest Enfold release to see this fix, and now that it’s arrived, this is still broken without that extra plugin! Was the fix actually included?
April 8, 2021 at 2:31 pm #1293264I have no updates received on that issue yet. So i think it is still open.
April 8, 2021 at 5:53 pm #1293361Hi,
It should be fixed in Enfold 4.8.1, here’s the changelog: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/
@jpassmann you’re still using Enfold 4.7.6.4, please backup your site and update to the latest version.
@pippylu are you using Enfold 4.8.1 already? if yes, please create a new thread and include admin credentials in private content.Best regards,

April 16, 2021 at 4:46 am #1294666Hi beachtourshawaii,
What happens if you activate the parent theme? If it works after that, then something in your child theme is causing the problem. You might have to copy paste the content of header.php and footer.php again, or check your content in functions.php.

RikardApril 16, 2021 at 12:01 pm #1294769That was the first thing I did and nothing happened. At least a meanwhile solution is are busyness can I just deactivate the enfold burger and put another one instead until this is solve ? we are desperate with this issue.

April 18, 2021 at 2:24 pm #1294994Hi beachtourshawaii,
I have updated includes/helper-main-menu.php of your site which causes the issue.
It’s now properly working when you’re logged in but still not showing when not logged probably due to some built-in internal caching.
Can you try to clear cache or try requesting from your hosting provider?Best regards,
