    Hello, I need some help figuring out how to get the video background option to work in Enfold. I have tried using a video uploaded directly into the media library and also from YouTube.

    Media library option: Doesn’t seem to load or begin
    YouTube option: Doesn’t play.

    I think I may be missing something simple here, but I’m not certain. Any assist would be appreciated.

    Hey dnweil,

    The first one is working fine on my end, the second one doesn’t though. It says that the video is not available?

    Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried it here in L.A. and also my partners have tried it in Santa Fe. For us, that first one does not work. I’m not sure why YouTube isn’t working. It should be available. I’ll check it again. Is there something that we can do to make the first load more reliably? It simply shows a blank / black square here.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I’m still getting the same results on my end though, did you check the settings for the Youtube video? Maybe it’s set to only be available in the US or something like that? I’m not sure why the first one would not work on your end though, it loads instantly when I load the page.
