Please help I have now tried everything from purchasing a new license and creating and connecting a new product token key, deactivated all plugins, deleted all old themes and still I can not get the back end builder to work anymore… It doesn’t load up at all… I can click the Enfold Templates drop down and select one but still nothing happens… And you can tell something is off since the Enfold page/section template drop down if off centered and falling out of place… if that makes sense.
Website is in test site domain but everything was working just fine for the past 2 weeks while I have been building… Then all of a sudden today this happens.

You might have forgotten to include the site URL in the private field. Please post the login info so that we can check the site, and please make sure to update the theme to the latest version 4.9.1.
