Hi Victoria. I will share my WordPress and FTP credentials here in private. Hope you can help me with this. :)
August 14, 2019 at 5:26 am #1127473Hi,
@siljerang
Thank you for the login, I took a look at your site and see that you are installing Enfold for the first time, so you would install the theme via WordPress > Appearance > Themes > Add New, and not the “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” plugin, it is only used to update a theme.
I assume that you also tried this and still get the error which I believe is due to your server PHP settings:
Max Upload Size: 2mb
PHP Time Limit: 30 secondsPlease ask your webhost to change the Max Upload Size to 20mb, and the Time Limit to “no limit”, if this doesn’t help please include your ftp access in the Private Content area so we can assist.
Best regards,

Thanks for the help. I have done what you said and it worked.😀I´m so glad.
No I have another problem. If I download the theme called https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant-one-page/, it will not have pictures, map and booking page as the theme is. If I download another theme like https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-agency/, it work.
Is it some damage in the theme : https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant-one-page/, or have I done something wrong? :)August 16, 2019 at 10:51 pm #1128391Hi,
Glad to hear that it helped, for your demo import, is the “frontpage” page getting set in the theme options after the import?
Sometimes this field is not set so the frontpage is not looking correct, please check. If the images are not importing also this could be a PHP setting, Please ask your webhost to check your PHP settings to see if the secure options are activated.
“allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off”
Try turning these “on”.Best regards,
