After updating to from Enfold 4.26 to Enfold 4.3 on my staging site, my custom background and logo are gone.
Can you please help?
Can you please test the solution on a computer, Ipad and iPhone?
Thank you.April 26, 2018 at 1:25 am #946974Hey classywebsites,
Your site cache is not cleared and one of the plugins you are using is causing this issue.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Remove logo and save theme settings. You will notice that header bg and enfold default logo appears.
3. Upload your logo and save.Everything works fine.
Activate one plugin at a time and refresh the page to see which plugin is in conflict.

Thank you for looking at this.
I followed your 3 steps above, removing my logo and custom background.I was able to see the Enfold default logo, but it was on a white background.
With all the plugins deactivated and the server cache cleared 5 times, I put back my logo and my custom background.
I still ‘see’ my white transparent logo when I put my cursor about 1 inch above the word Home on the menu bar (Chrome and Firefox show the url in the bottom left hand corner).
But, I still cannot see my custom background – it is still just a white background.General Styling is showing a preview of my custom background.
Is there a conflict in my Quick CSS or my Enfold Child style.css file?
Can you please look at it with all the plugin still deactivated?
Can you please test the solution on a computer, Ipad and iPhone?
My live site running Enfold 4.26 shows how it should look – Please see Private Data below.Thank you.
April 30, 2018 at 7:00 am #948801Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The url of the image is invalid. Please try this css code in the Quick CSS field.
.header_color .header_bg { background: #ffffff url(https://9ac.a3d.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/skyline-header5.jpg) top center repeat scroll; }
Or re-upload the image again.

IsmaelApril 30, 2018 at 4:52 pm #949118Hi Ismael,
Thank you for looking at this and your effort.
The url in the Custom Background Image (see Private Content below) previews fine in Enfold 4.3.
I pasted the same url into a new browser window and it loads fine.Your css fix has a different url than the one that previews fine and loads fine in a new browser window.
Your url will not load in a new browser window. There seems to be a bug with Enfold 4.3.
Others seem to be having the same or similar issue – see link below.
Can you please look at this and reply?

After updating to Enfold 4.3.1, the bug seems to persist. The url in the Custom Background Image (see Private Content below) previews fine in Enfold 4.3.1

Thank you.May 3, 2018 at 5:32 am #950454Hi classywebsites,
I am seeing the header image on the desktop and on my iPhone. Did you get it working or am I looking at a wrong image? Also, no 404s in the console, which means all image paths are fine now.

VictoriaMay 3, 2018 at 3:33 pm #950847Hi Victoria,
Thank you for checking your desktop and iPhone.
The custom css Ismael provided above fixed the issue.
But, is there still a Custom Background Image bug with Enfold 4.3.1?
Without the custom css the Custom Background Image that previews fine in General Styling in Enfold 4.3.1, the Custom Background Image will not display.
Thank you.May 3, 2018 at 3:49 pm #950876Hi Victoria,
After updating to Enfold 4.3.1 on my life site without the custom css Ismael provided, it seems to show the Custom Background Image just fine.
Thank you Enfold Team!- This reply was modified 6 years, 7 months ago by classywebsites.
