Hello – I upgraded our site to Enfold 4.2.6 today and immediately after the site is blank and all I get when viewing is the HTTP error 500 message. I have full function of the admin – that part is working fine. I tried re-downloading it again and still nothing. Please help! This hasn’t happened before and I’m not sure how to handle.
March 6, 2018 at 11:36 pm #922581Hi,
Could you please post FTP and WP admin logins in private content field?
Also, please make sure your PHP version is minimum 5.6 which is recommended minimum version for WordPress. Enfold is compatible up to 7.x.Regards,

It was 5.4.x, i upgraded it to 7.0 and that solved the issue. Ajax calendar plugin was throwing an error so i had to delete it. Please review your website :)
Best regards,
YigitMarch 7, 2018 at 6:48 pm #923198Thank you!! I’m working through a lot of old errors on this site.
Question – logging in to wordpress admin now, all plugins are gone, not just the ajax calendar one. Do I have to re-install all of them now?
The entire admin dashboard looks a little different, with several error message lines at the top of the page.

Can you please add the following
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
to your wp-config.php file please?
Best regards,
BasilisMarch 8, 2018 at 10:40 pm #924156Hi Basilis,
I checked the wp-config.php file and it looks like it’s already been added, unless I’m just looking at it wrong. I am not the highly skilled one so please bare with me – sorry!
