With each update I try again and again without and success. When I update to WooComm 3 all my layout on the home page and some of the navigation is no longer full page width, it looks boxed. Some of the text is removed from the home page also. When I switch back to WooComm 2.6.14 everything works correctly. I use everything right out of the box so I have no custom CSS anywhere or any other modifications. Anyone have any ideas?

    Current configuration:
    WP – 4.8
    Enfold – 4.1.2
    WooComm – as noted above

    Hey mlands,

Your front page looks full width on my end, could you post a screenshot highlighting what you are seeing on your end please? Also let us know what browser you are using. Do you clear you browser cache and reload the page after updating?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

I removed WooComm 3 and went back to v2.6.14. That is what is running on the published site until I can get WooComm 3 working correctly. I am using Chrome browser but it occurs on all browsers, Firefox and Safari as well as Safari on iOS.

I cannot find the correct method to attach or include a screenshot, how do I do that?

    Kind regards,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

Ok, thanks for the feedback. You can upload screenshots to services like google drive or dropbox and then link to them here.

Do you have a staging environment where you can copy the site to so that we can see the error maybe? Otherwise it will be very difficult to help you out.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

Here is a link to the screenshot:

I do not have a staging environment currently. But could look into getting a temporary one setup.

    Hi Rikard,

It looks like I fixed my issue somehow. I cleared the cache again as you suggested on all 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and I also found a plugin SSL Insecure Content Fixer by WebAware that I don’t use so I deactivated it. I then did an update to install WooComm 3 and it looks correct.

    Thank you for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Michael
