    I have been using the enfold theme for several years, but i seemd to heve missed every update.
    How is this possible

    Hey erik de bakker,
    Thanks for your question a few years ago Envato (Theme Forest) stopped using the license “API” and started using a license “Token” at that time you would have needed to manually update and created a “Token” in your Theme Forest account.
    I checked your two sites but the both show errors so I don’t know what version of WordPress or Enfold you are using.
    You will need to make sure your server PHP is at least version 7.4 and then you can download the latest version of the theme from your Theme Forest account and update your site via FTP and then create a Token from your Theme Forest account.

    Both site`s are down and i hope the problem will be solved :

    WordPress versie 6.1.1
    Actief thema: Enfold (versie 4.2.2)
    Huidige plugin: (versie )
    PHP versie 8.1.13

    Cann you see my login information to proceed and is cann you help me with the update

    Hi,

    I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.2.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.2.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    Thanx for your help. Can you help me to recieve the wright key for updating.
    Enter a valid Envato private token( is the question i recieve)

    The problem is that i cannot find my registration anywhere. It coud have been done under valleitennistrainingen or consultants4you

    Hi,
    You will need to log in to your Theme Forest account in order to create a Token it can not be created if you can not log into your Theme Forest account.
    You can also download the latest version of the theme from your Theme Forest account without creating a Token.
    If you have forgotten your Theme Forest login Theme Forest can help you create a new password and login.
