    I inherited a website from another developer who was using your Enfold theme – You can no longer go to Appearance>Customize without it breaking the site and telling you to contact your hosting company – Upon speaking with the hosting company, they say that the Enfold theme is “breaking” the website.

    Yes. The hosting company said the errors logs indicated the issue was with Enfold theme.

    You can disregard this email if the website is up and running. You can even disable them wp-config.

    The website will not allow me to make changes to Appearance>Customize – this is where this error appears.

    Hi Cheryl,

    Thanks for the update. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) for the email, just remember to post the details in private in this thread, so that all moderators have access to them.

    If you need help with updating then please include FTP login details as well, and verify that you have backups of the the site.
