We purchased and no child theme. We need the child theme to install. Its not in the zip. We need support not a forum. We didnt know you have terrible support we wouldnt purchase. Need child theme to install.

We provide support on the forum. How do you know our support is terrible if you haven’t tried it? It’s a Saturday morning in Europe and you got a reply within 3 hours. I would call that pretty good support.
