Hi prana_aok,
In the WordPress Dashboard, go to Enfold > Advanced Styling, in the dropdown you should see Select an element to customize click on it and select Small bar above Main Menu and click the Edit Element button. Modify the font color and save.

Centering it can be done but not above main menu.
You’ll need to use header widget if you want it to be above the main menu.

in the demo i can see the menu as http://prntscr.com/mpe7x5 which looks like a one page site. (what i wanted is that)
But when i install the demo in above temp site i get http://prntscr.com/mpe8a0
how do i change as per the demo.
