Edits to "Creative Studio" theme

Hello,
I am currently using the Enfold “Creative Studio” theme.

How do i edit the main text thickness, i have tried to go to advanced styling and used select an element but i cannot find “paragraph” option. Thats the text type i am using. The text type is nice but is hard to read.

When i go to – (Enfold > General Styling > Footer) none of the background or text changes work? How to edit footer background colour and text?
How to edit widget background colour and text?
